The Board of Commissioners Regularly Scheduled September 10 meeting cancelled due to lack of quorum. The next regularly scheduled meeting is September 24, 2026 at 4:00 PM.

A vacancy on the Board of Commissioners of the Birch Bay Water and Sewer District was announced at the District’s regularly scheduled board meeting on August 13, 2026.

Birch Bay Water and Sewer District is seeking candidates to fill a position on the Board of Commissioners. Applicants must live within the District boundary. The appointed person will serve until a candidate is elected in the November 2027 election. If the appointed person wishes to continue to serve on the Board, he or she would have to run for election on the chosen 2027 ballot. If elected, the position is a six-year term. Minimum qualifications for the position are:

1. Must reside within the boundaries of the District as shown on the District’s
   website at www.bbwsd.com/our-district/
2. Must be a citizen of the United States
3. Must be a registered voter within the District boundary
